The description was accurate and they shipped quickly, however, I will NEVER purchase from AliExpress again! You send DAMAGED goods. I provided videos AND pictures of the damage and I received a partial refund. A PARTIAL refund for FULLY damaged and unusable goods??? When I contacted the seller they take NO responsibility and say the “platform closed the ticket” (yet they call me “dear” like that somehow makes the horrible customer service acceptable. Please don’t call people “dear” unless you have a close relationship with them, it is disrespectful). Keep in mind the seller advertises “free returns” yet I can’t seem to return damaged items? SERIOUSLY???????? I provided videos and pictures in the time allowed and the “dispute” was closed without ANY conversation and now of course I can’t find a way to talk to a human. Your customer service is TERRIBLE and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
