I wish to share my excellent experience with this seller… BRILLIANT … The lamp was shipped quickly and arrived safely but one of the LED chains was faulty (warm white worked but cool white didn’t). Explored the issue myself and worked with the seller to try and resolve. Seller was cooperative, helpful and patient. Always returned messages and took ownership of the problem. Found that one LED strip was faulty. Seller agreed to send replacement chandelier to keep the me happy. This is how a guarantee is supposed to work and this seller fulfilled their obligation perfectly and in a timely manner. It works good, really bright, light temp is good. There is no official application for iPhone. Android app downloadable from Google Play and exists for 110v driver version – Lampsmart pro. I dunno if you can use it for 220v driver. If you turn off the light switch it starts working from the default settings.
