As described and works as supposed to. It arrives fast and was well packaged. Very easy and convenient to clean and use. Definitely safer than a cauldron and the thermometer is very useful. It’s easy to transfer the oil too because there is a spot made for that at the back.
Strong pts:
– Safer than a cauldron
– The drying rack to put the meal in saving you from using Scott’s towel,
– The thermometer
– Very easy to clean
– Safer to transfer oil than a cauldron
Flaws:
– It is all metallic so you have to be careful once it is working not to burn yourself on the ear and with the top.
– Make scary noise when the oil hit it inside.
– The top does not clip and is somewhat a bit lose

Отличная кастрюлька! Не хватает только встроенной сеточки, как во фритюрницах. Было бы куда удобнее вытаскивать все сразу, а не по одной штучке вылавливать.

Решетка для стекания масла тоже отличная задумка. Пока следующая партия жариться, из предыдущей вытикает масло, и не нужно никаких салфеток.
