L’objet est arrivé endommagé. J’ai ouvert un litige, le vendeur s’est engagé à me renvoyer le produit, mais toujours rien à ce jour, il fait la sourde oreille.

Produit conforme à l’annonce, manque une notice mais grâce aux commentaires le montange a été rapidement effectué. La télécommande fonctionne parfaitement (modele a intensité variable). Inconvenient: a chaque fois qu’on allume avec l’interrupteur mural l’intensité change (cela ne garde pas en mémoire le dernier réglage). N’oubliez pas de mettre le joint fourni entre le plafond et l’appareil pour ne pas abîmer le plafond avec les vis qui dépassent. Je recommande !

Всем привет ! Заказ пришел быстро , продавец отправил сразу . После вскрытия упаковки ни на коробке ни на самом изделии не обнаружил Никакой информации о светильнике – мощность ,напряжение т.п. Узнать получил ли ты то , что заказывал невозможно. Здесь полная вина продавца. Самому можно замерять только диаметр светильника ! Ко всем тем недостаткам , что были описаны другими покупателями (торчащие острые шипы на задней стенке , неудобная установка и снятие пластмассового рассеивателя и др. ) сразу обратил внимание на неплотное прилегание светодиодных модулей к теплоотводящей поверхности корпуса . Имея опыт пользования подобными светильниками могу сказать , что без устранения этих зазоров светодиоды перегреваются и быстрее выходят из строя. На моё обращение продавец отписался , что так делает изготовитель. Могу рекомендовать товар для короткого срока пользования.
